Some of our most frequently asked questions will be posted below and updated on an ongoing basis. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event your inquiry is not answered.
Q. When will my shipment arrive?
A. Delivery times vary wildly depending on your location and what kind of shipping you selected. To keep costs low, Wolf & Faun allows customers to select economical shipping options such as International Untracked Air HOWEVER this can mean that your parcel may take several weeks or more to arrive (check your specific location for a more accurate shipping estimation). If you are concerned about a parcel arriving on time or within a particular time frame, please check with Nat first to go over options.
Please note that this is a one-woman operation and my family lives in a small village on an island. This means that sometimes we are subject to Island Time. The Post Office is not operational on the weekends or evenings and I do take breaks from work to tend to my family and self. While I try to get your items out to the mail by the next day, expect your order to be posted up to 3 to 5 business days after order. If you are on a tight deadline please contact me first to discuss if I can get your items to you asap.
Q. I don't see a tracking number, where is it?
A. In an effort to offer all of my customers economical shipping options, some shipping options do not come with a tracking number. This offers you a cheaper rate however you will not receive a tracking number and I am not able to track your package on my end for you. If a tracking number is important to you, please be sure to select an option that includes one.
Q. Do you do wholesale?
A. At this time, I am not able to offer wholesale though I have worked with subscription boxes etc to provide large orders at a discount. Please contact me directly to inquire further and discuss if this is an option you are interested in.
Q. Do you offer finished knitted items for sale?
A. No at this time I do not. I only offer PDF downloads of the patterns. Thank you for thinking my items are lovely and I appreciate your kind words but I do not have the ability to knit them for you or produce finished products.
Q. Are you an actual shop I can come and visit?
A. No at this time I am completely online. In the warmer months there may be times when we open up our studio in a pop-up-shop style drop in but in general, I cannot accommodate drop-in shoppers though I wish I could! Please follow my newsletter for announcements as to when we will be vending in person or for studio dates.
I do offer local-pick up and if you wish to view a particular product before purchasing it an you have the option to pay in person rather than online as well. Pick-ups are by appointment only.
